Paul Davis Edmonton to raise funds for Homeward Trust and Raising the Roof to benefit the homeless on Feb. 7

Edmonton, AB   – February 2, 2017 – The Paul Davis Edmonton team will raise much needed funds to combat homelessness on Tuesday, February 7 from 6:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. while selling toques and socks with partner agency Homeward Trust at the LRT, Churchill and Central stations in Edmonton. The efforts will benefit the non-profit organization and the Raising the Roof campaign which helps homeless men and women in the region.

Homeward Trust is the backbone organization leading the work to end homelessness in Edmonton with a mission to address safe, affordable housing and provide support services for those experiencing and at risk of becoming homeless. Paul Davis is working in concert with Raising the Roof and its annual Toque Campaign as thousands of volunteers and supporters provide long-term solutions to homelessness in Canada. The Paul Davis office is a proud partner of the campaign.

Throughout Canada since 1997, the annual Toque Campaign has raised more than $7 million for approximately 180 community agencies across Canada. Each year on and around Toque Tuesday, Raising the Roof coordinates nationwide efforts among businesses and partnered non-profits that work with the homeless.
