Italian Centre Shop Chef's Inspiration Series

November 25th, 2016

From Jan to July 2017 the ICS will feature a monthly local chef’s Inspiration Series recipe.

We’re celebrating chefs close to our hearts, who love local and have helped elevate the culinary scene in Edmonton. And we could call them up and they said yes straight away.

It’s our way of helping to build the culinary community, showcasing great chefs to our thousands of clients and them showcasing great recipes made with all-ICS ingredients.

There’s a whole program going along with this.

1) On the first Saturday of the month we’ll be making the recipe which our food ambassadors will sample at each of our Edmonton locations.

2) Customers can pick up their free recipe card

3) Each recipe is featured on a special end-cap, containing all necessary ingredients to make the recipe. Any cooler items will have a special tag designating them as that month’s Inspiration Series Ingredient.

4) On the first Tuesday of every month the Chef will host a special ‘pop up’ dinner, featuring his/her recipe as one of three, paired with wines by our partner Color de Vino, wines selected by the excellent somelier Juanita Roos and her daughter Kelsey Roos.

5) Dinners will be in Spinelli’s Southside 104A St and 51st Ave. Cost per pax $65-75 for three courses and wine pairing.
