March 1st, 2016

By Tatiana Tilly

There are a lot of things kids can do alongside their parents. Healthy habits are easy to encourage when children are young and to sustain when they grow older if parents model them as well. Families that play together – stay together!

Sometimes, all it takes is a small new habit like a daily walk in the evening or a family Saturday breakfast that can start a lifestyle change benefiting entire family.

Have a look at this list that contains DVD's, eBooks, eVideos and books related to healthy active living including yoga, healthy eating and cooking at home with Mom and Dad.
