November 8: 11:00-3:00 pm The Edmonton Potters’ Guild presents its 56th Annual Pottery Show and Sale at the Stanley A. Milner Library. Browse through a wonderful selection of pottery created by more than 80 local artists. With styles to suit every taste, it will be hard to resist purchasing these one-of-a-kind pieces. November 1 & 8: 11:00 am The Varscona Theatre presents The VIP Kid’s Show - Saturday Morning Fun for Children. A whole new tradition is buzzin’ where a new series for children young and old can enjoy a Variety show, an Improv show and a Puppet show all rolled into one. Each 45 minute show promises to be jam packed with music, comedy and puppets. November 5-9: Rexall Place presents the Canadian Finals Rodeo 2008. The rodeo takes over Edmonton, bringing together the country's top cowboys to compete for their piece of a $1 million purse. They will wrestle steers, rope cattle, and race around barrels at break-neck speeds, and battle bucking broncos and bulls for the chance to take home the buckle of a champion.
